Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma - Ridgefield Park - 2013: Noelle Marie Piotrowski - Scleroderma Foundation:

My name is Noelle and I am 27 yrs old. I was correctly diagnosed with Scleroderma at the age of 21. I have since been on a long journey in trying to manage this disease. It affects the skin and underlying muscle tissues and in my case, internal organs. There currently is no cure for Scleroderma. Many women and men are plagued with the complications this disease causes. It is difficult to manage and right now all the treatments out there, including chemotherapy drugs, are experimental. This fundraiser is designed to raise, not only awareness, but funds for this debilitating disease. These funds will go directly into the research for finding a cure for Scleroderma. I appreciate you all taking the time to read this. Any amount donated is a true blessing. Thank you all. God Bless
